Refund Request Process

• Working Tool Issues: If there is an issue with a working tool within 2 days and the tool will not fix, we will promptly process the refund.

Tool Warranty

• All regular tools provided by Noman Graphics come with a warranty. If any issues arise, we will address them and provide a solution, which may include a replacement.

Bonus Tools

• Bonus tools are provided as gifts and are not chargeable. These tools are not covered under our warranty or refund policy. You can check our bonus tools list here. By clicking on Add Membership, a popup will appear, and the bonus tools will be listed by name.
• No Refund on Bonus Tools: If there is an issue with a bonus tool, please note that it is offered for free, and no refund will be issued.
• Replacement of Bonus Tools: Noman Graphics reserves the right to replace any bonus tool at any time with another tool of equal or greater value without prior notice. We may update, add, or change the tools in the bonus list based on our ongoing efforts to offer more valuable and up-to-date solutions for our customers.

Refund Exceptions

• Refund Eligibility: A refund will only be issued if we fail to deliver the requested tool within 2 days of your purchase.

Replacement Policy

• If there is an issue with a regular tool, we will offer a replacement with another tool to ensure you receive the promised functionality.
